Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

All Digital product sales are final due to the nature of downloadable files and your irrevocable access to them once they’ve been delivered. Pre-order items, on the other hand are 100% refundable up and until the product delivery date.

Shipping Policy

We offer flat fee worldwide standard shipping to 36 countries on all of our items regardless of your order size/cost and free shipping to the United States. All US, Canada, Australia and UK orders come with tracking unless otherwise specified so you know exactly where your order is. The majority of orders will be processed the same business day. All orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted. Please note that orders will not be shipped until payment is received. We ask that you allow extra time for engraved items or clothing which is custom made upon order and will take longer to ship out.

You can expect your order(s) to arrive in 2-3 weeks in most cases. This will vary depending on your country and can be shorter/longer. Keep this in mind if you’re ordering for a specific date like a birthday, holiday, anniversary, etc..

Brief overview of average shipping times by location:

10-20 business days: Australia, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, China

15-25 business days: Norway, Denmark, Sweden, South Africa, Japan

15-30 business days: Everywhere else

Let’s talk taxes, duties and fees.

All customs, taxes, duties, and fees are the responsibility of the buyer or recipient and we cannot in any way take responsibility for them. The prices displayed on the website do not factor in if there are any import costs. As these amounts go directly and solely to your government, we‘re not receiving any of these amounts and therefore will not be liable for them. As these costs do vary for different parts of the world and can vary themselves if your government changes them, we cannot provide an estimate of what these costs may be.

Refunds & Exchanges

* All returns will be refunded by issuing you a store credit. This store credit will be a coupon code that you use valued at your purchase price for the item.
* You‘re responsible for covering the cost to shipping your item(s) back to us.
* You have 30 days to return the items. They must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
* Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Free of odor and fragrances. Including your amazing perfume or cologne! 😉 for jewelry items, they must not have any visible damage.
* All custom, engraved and digital items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit.
* It will take approximately 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received. We appreciate your patience during this time.
* Last, but certainly not least, shopsummerlily.com is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping your items back to us.
